Chinese General Hospital and Medical Center (CGHMC) is building the Garden Suites, a major new addition to its campus which is set to be finished by mid-2026.
The 14-story facility, which includes two basement levels of parking space for up to 330 vehicles, is poised to enhance both patient care and medical services in the heart of Manila.
Designed with patient comfort and advanced treatment in mind, the Garden Suites will feature 187 patient rooms, including a dedicated executive floor with 10 expansive 50-square-meter rooms, each equipped with a family area.
A standout feature will be the presidential suite–patient room, which includes a loft for added space and convenience.
The Garden Suites are not only designed for inpatient care but also to expand CGHMC’s specialized services.
The ground floor will house Radiation Oncology, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation units, and a commercial dining area for patients, visitors, and staff.
On the second floor, patients will find the Institute of Urology, Medical Oncology, an expanded Outpatient Heart Station, Laboratory services, and an OR Complex Extension.
The third floor is dedicated entirely to The Heart Institute, focused on cardiovascular care and diagnostics.
The fourth floor will feature the Endoscopy and Digestive Institute, Institute of Pulmonary Medicine, and an additional Medical ICU to meet growing critical care needs.
On the fifth floor, the Breast Center, Infertility and Stem Cell Center, and a Wellness Center will offer preventive and holistic care.
The sixth floor will host the Eye Center and Neurology Center, providing specialized diagnostics and treatment in ophthalmology and neurological disorders.
